Basic arbitration clause

The contractual parties have expressly concluded that all disputes arising from the present contract and in connection with it shall be governed and finally decided with preclusion of ordinary state courts authority in the arbitral proceedings by the arbitrator appointed by Česká asociace pro arbitráž, s.r.o., IČ: 27688798. The proceedings shall be governed in the sense  of § 19 sect.1 of the Act No. 216/1994, Coll. in accordance with the Arbitration rules and Fees rules published by this company and effective by the day of which a legal action shall be delivered to the sight of the cited company. The Arbitration rules and Fees rules are published on the website www.spory-online.cz.

The proceedings shall be governed in the sense  of § 19 sect.1 of the Act No. 216/1994, Coll. in accordance with the Arbitration rules and Fees rules published by this company and effective by the day of which a legal action shall be delivered to the sight of the cited company.
